Meet Richard Saucedo, PHR

Leadership & Expertise

Richard Saucedo is the Owner and President of Risk5 Compliance Group, bringing over 25 years of experience in HR, Health & Safety, OSHA, DOT Compliance, Workers' Compensation Loss Prevention, and Insurance Risk Management.

Prior to forming Risk5 Compliance Group, Richard served as Senior Vice President of Risk Control for Frost Bank Insurance Group, where he assisted major corporations and school districts throughout Texas. His innovative approaches to safety program implementation, loss trending with data analytics, and effective training techniques resulted in clients reducing their Workers' Compensation losses by over 75% annually.

Richard also successfully managed OCIP and ROCIP programs worth over $1.2 billion, demonstrating his ability to handle complex, large-scale safety initiatives.

Before entering Risk Management, Richard worked as a project manager and design engineer for 15 years, developing solutions for manufacturing, education, and utility-scale energy projects.

This unique background gives him a comprehensive understanding of workplace operations and safety challenges from both the engineering and management perspectives.
